In recent years HUD has implemented several revisions to Consolidated Plan/Action Plan <br />regulations. To comply with these requirements, the City has updated its inventory of <br />homeless housing to identify the beds that are available for HUD-defined chronically <br />homeless and victims of domestic violence. Additionally, the City's Community <br />Development Agency, Housing Division and.the Planning and Building Agency, Community <br />Preservation Division will maintain an inventory of abandoned and>v~~ant properties (the <br />former for Neighborhood Stabilization Program purposes). ~Y <br />HUD also requires that the City implement an outcomes measureme,-~t~t management <br />system. The City of Santa Ana took extensive measures to incorporate sucha'system in its <br />~`~. <br />2005-2009 Consolidated Plan and to implementfi`e,~system d`iir., g the past four years.
