CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />2009-2010 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN <br />This is to ensure minorities- and women- businesses are provided the opportunity to <br />participate in HOME-funded activities. <br />EMERGENCY SHELTER GRANT <br />In October 2008, a Request for Proposals was mailed to homeless service providers <br />soliciting applications for FY 2009-2010 ESG funds. Fourteen service-;agencies responded <br />,`k y, ;. <br />with funding requests totaling $546,135. Match~~unds must equal or exceed the amount of grant funds requested. <br />Grant applicants have identified other Federal, State, and/or local government funds, <br />private donations and fees for services as ESG matching funds.
