CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />2009-2010 ANNUAL ACTION PLAN <br />ESG Certifications <br />The Emergency Shelter Grantee certifies that: <br />Major rehabilitation/conversion -- It will maintain any building for which assistance is used under the <br />ESG program as a shelter for homeless individuals and families for at least 10 years.
