Deny the application of Integral Communities I, Inc. to amend <br />Development Agreement No. 2005-02. <br />4. Adopt a resolution denying the amendment to Conditional Use Permit <br />No. 2005-15. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION <br />On March 23, 2009, the Planning Commission recommended that the City <br />Council: <br />1. Adopt an ordinance approving the second amendment to Development <br />Agreement No. 2005-02 with respect to Nexus/NDC Skyline Towers. <br />2.
