During the design and construction, the project developer shall incorporate
features in to the project that will minimize impacts from greenhouse gas
emissions such as planting onsite trees as a means of providing carbon storage,
promoting energy saving measures beyond Title 24 requirements and
encouraging the use of Energy Star equipment and appliances.
78. Prior to the issuance of a building permit, the project developer shall provide
evidence to the Planning Manager that the FAA Determination of No Hazard to
Air Navigation has been obtained for the relocated Cinema Tower.
