Adopt a resolution approving Variance No. 2009-02 as conditioned. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Request of Applicant <br />The Nexus Development Corporation is requesting approval of a zoning <br />ordinance amendment, a conditional use permit, an amendment to a <br />development agreement and a variance to allow the construction of a new <br />Courtyard by Marriott hotel within the MacArthur Place South development <br />at 6 East MacArthur Place. <br />EXHIBIT A <br />75B-3 <br />
