2009. If the Santa Ana City Council approves funding for continued support and <br />maintenance in the 2009/ 10 Citywide budget, said approval will trigger an additional <br />one-year extension of the term, through June 30, 2010. <br />Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall <br />remain in full force and effect. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Third Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />ATTEST: <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />PATRICIA E.
