Presentation <br />- Assigned Scenarios -Handouts <br />- (May Include: Neighborhood Group, Planning Commission Meeting, Council, ETAC <br />Meeting, Cross-Functional Internal, etc. To be Determined) <br />- (Each Team to Prepare Their Presentation, elect a Presenter) <br />- Team Presentations -Videotaped <br />Lunch <br />P.M. <br />• Review of Team Presentations: <br />What Worked/Why and, What Did Not Work and Why <br />• Handling Tough Questions <br />• Controversial Communication <br />• New and Improved Team Presentations <br />- Now that each Team Knows How to Improve, They get to Apply the Learnings <br />• Wrap-Up <br />• Program Fee: <br />• General Session - $6,000.00, plus out-of-pocket expenses <br />• This includes program design, content and delivery by Craig Oscarson; handout master (for <br />copies to be made by the City), and Crisis Media Communication Wallet Cards.
