Section 3. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council shall conduct a <br />public hearing on the modification of the Management District Plan on May 18, 2009 at <br />6:00 p.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Police Community <br />Room Chambers located at 60 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California 92701. <br />Section 4.
