Adopt a resolution amending the Management District Plan for the <br /> Downtown Santa Ana Community Management District; <br /> 2. Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the Council to execute the <br /> attached management agreement with Downtown Inc. for the management <br /> and implementation of Community Management District funds for a five- <br /> year period ending December 31, 2014, subject to non-substantive <br /> changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney; <br /> 3.
