<br />During the term of the Community Management District, the annual budget and
<br />corresponding assessments may be adjusted to reflect an annual cost of
<br />operations increase of five percent. This is the maximum allowable increase
<br />based upon this Management District Plan utilizing the approved assessment
<br />methodology. This increase may be imposed at the discretion of the Owners
<br />Association. The Owners Association shall make a notification to the City
<br />annually as to whether any adjustments to the current year’s assessment rates
<br />
<br />will be made.
<br />
<br />Additionally, any annual budget surplus or deficit will be incorporated into the
<br />subsequent year’s CMD budget, and subsequent annual assessments will be set
<br />to account for surpluses or deficits carried forward.
