Personnel, direct administrative costs
<br /> During the term of the Community Management District, the annual budget and
<br /> corresponding assessments may be adjusted to reflect an annual cost of
<br /> operations increase of five percent. This is the maximum allowable increase
<br /> based upon this Management District Plan utilizing the approved assessment
<br /> methodology. This increase may be imposed at the discretion of the Owners
<br /> Association. The Owners Association shall make a notification to the City
<br /> annually as to whether any adjustments to the current year's assessment rates
<br /> will be made.
<br /> Additionally, any annual budget surplus or deficit will be incorporated into
<br /> the subsequent year's CMD budget, and subsequent annual assessments
<br /> will be set to account for surpluses or deficits carried forward.
