Designating the newly created classification title of Library Operations <br />Manager as Middle Management by assigning the parenthetical identifier "(MM)" after <br />this classification title. <br />Base salary includes the four percent (4%) salary increase scheduled to become <br />effective 7/1/09, per agreement between City Council and Middle Management <br />classifications represented by the Santa Ana Management Association (SAMA). <br />C.
