Bosch in the amount of $90,000 far a <br />one-year term, subject to non-substantive changes approved by the City <br />Manager and City Attorney. <br />DISCUSSION <br />On May 18, 2009 the Santa Ana WORK Center released a Request for <br />Qualifications for a career counselor to assist clients regarding career <br />choices and goals. In addition, the counselor would also counsel clients <br />to resolve personal and/or family issues that may be interfering with <br />reemployment and training goals. One proposal was received from Wesley <br />A. Bosch. <br />Mr. Bosch, a family and marriage counselor, has been providing counseling <br />services for clients at the Santa Ana WORK Center for the past nine <br />years. Staff recommends that the contract with Mr. Bosch be approved <br />until June 30, 2010, to continue to provide this service to WORK Center <br />clients. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds for this contract are available in the One Stop program account <br />(account no. 123-221-6291), the One Stop Adult 09-10 account (account no. <br />123-223-6939), and the One Stop Dislocated Worker 09-10 account (account <br />na. 123-224-6939). <br />25B-1 <br />
