On Friday, October 31, 240& at approximately 11:27 p.m., <br />Ponce Communications received a report of a shooting at that location. District <br />One officers and Cincinnati Fire department personnel responded and found an <br />individual at that location. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by the <br />Hamilton County Coroner's Office. The victim has been identif~d as: <br />Victor Davis, a Mate, Black, 42 years of age. <br />The Cincinnati Police Department Homicide Unit is continuing to investigate this <br />offense.
