• • N-2009-019-01 ~; AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT THIS AMENDMENT, made and entered into this 23td day of February, 2009, by and behveen Steven Gaffney Architecture, Inc. ("Consu[tattt") and tite City of Santa Aua, a charter city and municipal corporation duly organized attd existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The City and Consultant entered into that certain Consultant Agreement dated December 1, 2008, hereinafter referred to as "said Agreement". B. The parties hereto now desire to amend the "Scope of Services" term found in Section 1 of said Agreement, and the "Compensation" term found in Section 2 of said Agreement. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Agreement as hereby amended, the patties hereto do hereby agree as follows: 1. The "Scope of Servvices" section of said Agreement will be amended to inclade all of the services listed on the updated Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein. The updated Exhibit A shall supplement the originaE Exhibit A to the Agreement. 2. The "Compensation" term of said Agreement shall be amended to add additional funds of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) for a revised not to exceed amount of Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). 3. Except as hereinabove modified, the terms and conditions of said Agreement remain unchanged and in full force artd effect.
