• The entire MacArthur Place South project layout, as originally approved, is included herein as <br />Exhibit 3 - 2005 Site Plan. A detailed layout of the Cinema Tower, the Cinema Lofts, and <br />retail/restaurant portion of the original plan is shown in Exhibit 4 - 2005 Cinema Site Plan. <br />Lake Towers <br />The 25-story Lake Towers buildings, now known as Skyline at MacArthur Place, are situated along <br />the west side of a man-made lake within the Hutton Centre complex. The North Tower includes 173 <br />residential units, and the South Tower includes 174 residential units. The towers are approximately <br />257'6" in height, including parking facilities, mechanical equipment, and rooftop appurtenances. <br />Two levels of subterranean parking and two levels of above ground parking are provided that include <br />a total of 735 parking stalls. Residential unit types include one-bedroom plus den, two-bedroom, and <br />two-bedroom plus den. A central amenity deck is provided between the towers and is accessible from <br />the third floor of each tower. The amenity deck includes a lap pool, a lounge pool, a spa pool, a <br />sundeck with private cabanas, a barbeque and picnic area, and an outdoor terrace. A water feature <br />extends from the pool and bisects the amenity deck. A ladies' spa and fitness room are located in the <br />north tower and a men's spa and lounge billiards/game room are in the south tower. <br />Cinema Tower <br />The Cinema Tower will be located west of Hutton Centre Drive. The approved tower will be 260' <br />tall, including mechanical equipment and rooftop appurtenances, and will include 154 residential <br />units. Parking will include one level of subterranean parking, which will be located under the entirety <br />of the Cinema Tower, the Cinema Lofts, and the retaiUrestaurant portion of the site, with a total of <br />316 parking spaces. An additional 128 surface parking stalls will be provided surrounding the <br />• Cinema Tower, the Cinema Lofts, and the retail/restaurant components. Four residential unit types <br />will be provided in the Cinema Tower including one-bedroom units, one-bedroom plus den units, <br />two-bedroom units, and two-bedroom plus den units. <br />Cinema Lofts <br />The Cinema Lofts will be between 5 and 6 stories, with the highest point reaching 60 feet. The <br />Cinema Lofts will contain 14 residential units and 10,000 square feet of office above the residential <br />space and will include a spa on the third floor and a gym on the fourth floor. An amenity deck will be <br />located on the third floor and will serve the residents of the Cinema Tower and the Cinema Lofts. A <br />pedestrian bridge will connect the Cinema Tower to the Cinema Lofts and provide access to the <br />amenity deck, which will include a pool and an outdoor terrace. <br />Retail/Restaurant <br />The retail/restaurant component, situated along the northern project boundary, will include three <br />retail spaces with a total of 5,291 square feet and two restaurant spaces with 8,580 square feet. <br />Parking will be provided on the adjacent surface lot. <br />• <br />Resolution No. 2009-025 <br />Page 15 of 95 <br />MacArthur Place South <br />EIR Addendum 6 <br />
