Effective July 1, 2009, the base salary of nn employee who has notified the City of his or her intent to retire from City employment on or before January 1, 2011, shall be increased by eight (8) salary rote ranges (approximately 49'0); b. Effective January 1, 2010, the base salary of an employee who has notified the City of his or her intent to retire from City employment on or before January 1, 2011, shall be increased by five (5) salary rate ranges (approximately 2.59:0); c.
