Vacuum all HVAC vents, high moldings and other areas not reached by nightly or weekly <br />cleaning. <br />3. Scrub and wax uncarpeted floors. <br />4. Clean exterior windows. <br />SEMIANNUALLY: <br />1. Clean ceiling light diffusers. <br />2. Clean carpet in high-traffic areas (corridors, near lunchroom, etc.) and other areas as <br />needed. <br />3. Clean interior walls as needed. <br />4. Strip and wax uncarpeted floors. <br />ANNUALLY.• <br />Clean carpet throughout Premises. <br />RESTROOMS <br />MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY (CITY OF SANTA ANA HOLIDAYS EXCEPTED): <br />1. Clean and damp-mop floors. <br />2. Wash all mirrors, bright work and enameled surfaces. <br />3. Wash and sanitize all basins, bowls, urinals, and toilet seats. <br />4.
