1 <br />FF. SAFETY AND PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES . <br />Contractor shall secure work azea and equipment to prevent passage by the <br />general public and City staff, and shall denote it as such. Work area and <br />equipment shall stay under that condition until work is complete, equipment is <br />vacated, and passage is safe by the general public and City employees. The proper <br />quantity and type of safety signs, such as "caution, wet floor" will be placed by <br />the Contractor's employees every time conditions exists that warrant such signs. <br />Signs will be provided by the Contractor. Signs are to be picked up and stored in <br />the proper janitor room once the condition no longer exists to warrant such signs. <br />GG. DUST WALLS AND CEILINGS <br />Use a lightly treated dust cloth, lambs wool dusting tool, upright or tank vacuums <br />with dusting attachment, or combination of these tools to remove all dirt, lint, <br />litter, dry soil, etc., from wall and ceiling. <br />HH. HIGH DUSTING ' <br />Remove dust, cobwebs, oily film, etc., from all fixtures and surfaces above ten es, <br />(10) feet from the top of the floor. This includes lights, grills, light fixtures, p p <br />sprinkler system, cables; ledges, walls, ceilings, vents, etc. High dusting shall be <br />accomplished by using treated dust cloths, lambs wool dusting tools, damp <br />sponges, and a tank vacuum with dusting and vacuuming attachments. <br />II. CLEANING WOOD FURNITURE <br />Clean all woodfurniture~ ~Caze show d~be taken no t o scrat h~ orlmar wood <br />cleaner, such as Mazgu <br />surfaces. <br />JJ. GENERAL INFORMATION <br />1. There aze approximately fifty (50) roll-up shades, vertical blinds and <br />miniblinds in The DEPOT <br />2. Trashcan liners will be provided by the City. <br />3. Office/work station azeas mostly contain 10" w x 10" d x 15" h trashcans. <br />~` 4. The lobby has large size trashcans/liners. <br />' 5. Exterior grounds contain large size trash-cans /liners <br />
