Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />1) Consultant will teach 3 Classes: 1. Young Rembrandts Pre -School Drawing Classes, 2. <br />Young Rembrandts Elementary Drawing Classes, 3. Young Rembrandts Cartoon <br />Drawing Classes at the El Salvador Community Arts Center. The classes will teach <br />creative drawing. Consultant will also conduct 1 Specialty Camps. The camp will teach <br />more drawing techniques with pencil, color pencils, sharpies and markers. <br />2) The drawing classes will be held on Thursdays, for the Young Rembrandts Pre -School <br />Drawing, ages 3 %Z - 5 years from, 2:15 p.m. — 3:15 p.m., Young Rembrandts Elementary <br />Drawing Classes, ages 6 —12 years from 10:30 a.m. —11:30 a.m., 3:15 p.m. — 4:15 p.m., <br />Young Rembrandts Cartoon Drawing Classes, ages 6 —12 years from 10:30 a.m. —11:30 <br />a.m., 3:15 p.m. — 4:15 p.m. The camp will be held for 3 day sessions on Monday, <br />Tuesday and Wednesday's for kids ages 5 to 12, from 10:30 to 12:00 p.m. <br />3) Consultant will provide and be responsible for equipment, records, personnel and clean <br />up of the facilities and materials necessary to ensure the safety and effectiveness of said <br />instruction. <br />4) If Consultant allows others to teach his/her class, those teachers must be over 21, have <br />obtained and maintain an instructor rating, and be covered by Consultants' insurance. <br />Consultant shall provide City with documentation to verify instructor and insurance <br />requirements. <br />CLASS SIZE <br />1) For the drawing classes, each class must have a minimum of 6 paid students and no <br />more than a maximum of 10-15. For the drawing camps, each camp must have a <br />minimum of 6 paid students and no more than a maximum of 15. <br />2) No registration will be accepted after the second meeting of class <br />3) In the event the minimum number of enrollees is not realized by the second meeting of <br />the class, the class shall be canceled. Consultant will be under no obligation to provide <br />services and the City will have no obligations to pay Consultant compensation <br />CLASS FEES <br />1) For the drawing classes, each participant shall pay a $47.00 class registration fee per 4 <br />week session. Anticipated revenue from this class is $13,800.00. For the drawing camp, <br />each participant shall pay a $55.00 class registration fee per session. Anticipated revenue <br />from this class is $6,800.00. <br />2) No refunds will be made to participants after the first week of class unless the class is <br />cancelled by the City. <br />
