Adopt resolution approving Site Plan Review No. 2009-02. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Request of Applicant <br />The Foundation for Affordable Housing is requesting approval to develop 41 <br />special needs multi-family residential units at 1600 West Memory Lane. To <br />allow the proposed Vista del Rio project, the applicant is requesting a <br />General Plan Amendment to redesignate the site from Open Space (OS) to <br />Medium Density Residential (MR-15). Additionally, the request includes an <br />Amendment Application to change the zoning district from Open Space (OS) <br />to Specific Development No. 83, as well as approval of Site Plan Review <br />No. 2009-02. <br />Property Description <br />The proposed Vista del Rio development would be constructed on 2.74 acres <br />of a 3.2 acres wedge-shaped, undeveloped parcel.
