IN5UR WORK M+~Y pRt)CEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />p~TE: ,-UL ~ 12009 <br />C C ~ ~ ~-~> MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING <br />~w ~~~~~,~ BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />AND <br />THE SANTA ANA WORK CENTER/WORKFORCE INVESTMENT BOARD <br />Purpose: <br />CDA has agreed to allow the Santa Ana WORK Center/Workforce Investment Board <br />(WIB) to occupy space (6634 sq. ft.) within The Santa Ana Regional Transportation <br />Center, located at 1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard, Suite 200 and Suite 220, Santa Ana, <br />CA 92701, for the user fee of $12,331.50 per month. This fee includes use of space, <br />janitorial service and all utilities, except telephones and any security equipment. The <br />increase in the fee incorporates the 4.1 % CPI increase applied to all of the City's <br />miscellaneous fees in FY 08/09. The user fee is due the first day of each month, payable <br />to "The City of Santa Ana". <br />Both parties are in agreement with the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding <br />dated as of July 1, 2008, and will implement it as set forth herein. <br />ATTEST: <br />/-~ <br />Term: <br />To describe the nature and evidence agreement between the City of Santa <br />Ana, Community Development Agency (CDA) and the Santa Ana WORK <br />Center/Workforce Investment Board in determining the services and fees for <br />locating its offices at The Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center at Santa Ana. <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />~' <br />Council ~ David N.
