Any change in the terms of this Agreement, including changes in the services to <br />be performed by SUB-RECIPIENT and any increase or decrease in the amount of <br />compensation which are agreed to by the CITY and SUB-RECIPIENT shall be <br />incorporated into this Agreement by a written amendment properly executed and <br />signed by the person authorized to bind the parties thereto. <br />SUB-RECIPIENT agrees to comply with all future CITY Directives, or any rules, <br />amendments or requirements promulgated by the CITY affecting this <br />Agreement. <br />VI <br />ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />§601. Complete Agreement <br />This Agreement contains the full and complete Agreement between the two <br />parties. Neither verbal agreement nor conversation with any officer or employee <br />of either party shall affect or modify any of the terms and conditions of this <br />Agreement. <br />§602. Number of Pages and Attachments <br />This Agreement is executed in two (2) duplicate originals, each of which is <br />deemed to be an original.
