Change Order No. 1
Project No. 09-1750-C
August 3, 2009
Page 2
This change order is to extend the pavement rehabilitation limits on
Susan Street from MacArthur Boulevard northerly to Alton Avenue. The
construction bid for Susan Street from Sunflower Avenue to MacArthur
Boulevard was $181,132 below the Engineer's estimate. The added
pavement segment of Susan Street from MacArthur Boulevard to Alton
Avenue has been identified as a high priority on the City' s Pavement
Management System. The contractor will be paid according to actual
quantities of work and the agreed unit prices.
ESTIMATED COST = $177,000
FISCAL IMPACT
The cost for the change order is estimated at $177,000.
