Adopt a resolution authorizing the City Manager and the Chief of Police <br />to execute a grant award agreement with the State of California, Office <br />of Homeland Security for the FY2009 Urban Areas Security Initiative <br />funding program in the amount of $10,218,440. <br />2. Direct the City Attorney to prepare and authorize the Chief of Police <br />and the Clerk of the Council to enter into reimbursement agreements for <br />equipment, services, or training with the County of Orange or any of <br />the cities located in the designated Anaheim/Santa Ana Urban Area. <br />3.
