EXHIBIT A Consultant will teach the following classes: FRESHI BASE STOP MOTION ANIMATION CAMP This hands-on, immersive experience gives kids(ages 8-15) a chance to work on a Elm crew and create an animated film. With the guidance of professional filmmakers, students decide how they will create characters (construction paper cut outs, Lego Figures, Action Figures, etc.) to imagine, plan, shoot and edit their own films. The one-week class will meet M -F 10:00 AM — 1:OOPM. The fee is $180 per week. FRESHI BASE GAME DESIGN This program allows kids (ages 10-17) to develop, design, debug and distribute their own 2D games. Using specially designed software, students create games without having to learn actual programming. Students may add their own music, video, animations and photos with a simple click. This one-week class will meet M -F 2:00 — 5:00 PM. The fee is $180 per week. WHO SAID THAT? VOICE OVER TRAINING Students (9-12 years old) learn to change their voices and create different characters. With the help of trained professionals and digital voice modulation, students will become the voices for an animated project. This one day class will meet Sat. 9:OOAM — 12:OOPM. The fee is $39.00 per day. READY, SET, SHOOT DIGITAL PHOTOGRAPHY In this workshop, students (9-12 years old) will learn the basics of using a digital camera. Freshi will supply all equipment so the class may learn together and with ease. Students will learn basic lighting and posing techniques, and how to edit their work. This one day class will meet Sat. 12:30 — 3:30PM. The fee is $39.00 per day. • Consultant and City shall mutually agree to the day, time and location of the classes to be conducted by Consultant. • Consultant may adjust the schedule, based on the availability of rooms in the City's facility and holidays scheduled by Consultant. • Consultant shall provide equipment, records, personnel and clean-up of facilities necessary to ensure the safety and effectiveness of said instruction. • Consultant shall ensure that its instructors have the necessary skill to effectively instruct the class, and cover all instructors under Consultant's insurance. • Each class shall have a minimum of 10 and a maximum of 15, registered and paid participants.
