PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />ENDORSEMENT <br />This endorsement, effective 1 2 :01 A.M. 1 � /01 /20'I 1 forms a part of <br />Policy No. GL 270 49 42 issued to CLEAR CHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS, INC_ <br />by THE INSURANCE COMPANY OF THE STATE OF PENNSYLVANIA <br />ADDITIONAL INSURED -WHERE REQUIRED UNDER CONTRACT OR AGREEMENT <br />This endorsement modifies insurance provided under the fo/ %wing: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />SECTION 11 -WHO IS AN INSURED, 1., is amended to add: <br />f) A person or organization (i) for whom a Certificate of Insurance has been issued in <br />which said person or organization has been named as an additional insured, but only <br />with respect to liability that arises out of the acts or omissions of the Named Insured, or <br />(ii) with whom the Named Insured has agreed to provide this insurance under a written <br />contract is an insured, but only to the extent of the liability assumed under such <br />contract. Coverage will cease when contract terminates or operations end.
