INSURANCE ON VISE <br />WORK MAY (PROCEED A-2008-153-04 <br />tjNTIL INSURANCE EXPILIES <br />t,HRK OF COUNCIL <br />ST F, NN 15 2009 FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT <br />n <br />THIS FOURTH AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, is entered into on June 8, 2009, by <br />and between WILLDAN HOMELAND SOLUTIONS, a California corporation (hereinafter <br />"Consultant"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation <br />organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />'o -L <br />(hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />U <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2008-153, dated June 2, 2008, (hereinafter <br />"said Agreement") by which Consultant has provided Homeland Security training and <br />exercise programs. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to amend <br />the Scope of Services to provide additional workshops and training exercises. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to <br />all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Third <br />Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Exhibit A-3, SCOPE OF SERVICES, shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with a <br />new Exhibit A-4, attached hereto and incorporated by this reference. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Fourth Amendment to <br />Agreement on the date and year first written above. <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />A TEST <br />PATRICIA E.
