" • WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all U the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Third Amendment to Agreement, the parties agree as follows: 1. Pursuant to Section 1, SCOPE OF SERVICES, the City authorizes the replacement of ductwork at the McFadden Library at the rates set forth in Contractor's Proposal dated May 20, 2008, attached hereto as Exhibit A-1. 2. Section 2.a., COMPENSATION, shall be increased by $20,000 to pay for the repairs authorized herein. The total not to exceed compensation for the 2008/09 fiscal year shall not exceed $185,000.00. 3. Except as hereinabove amended, all terms and conditions of said Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
