CHA Maintenance <br />Company, (hereinafter "Contractor"), and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State ofCalifbmia <br />(hereinafter "City"). <br />RECITALS <br />A. The City and Contractor entered into the Custodial Maintenance Agreement (#A-2007-120) <br />('said AWfty W') dated June 1, 2007, for Conwaaw to perfi m litter control and <br />maintenance services. The Agreement had a two (2) year term with a provision for three <br />one-year renewals. <br />B. At this time, the parties hereto desire to amend the Agreement to extend its term. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual and respective covenants and promises hereinafter contained <br />and made, and subject to all of the terms and conditions of said Custodial Maintenance Agreement as <br />hereby arnended, the parities hereto do hereby agree as follows: <br />The term of the Agreement (Section 3) shall be extended until all funds are expended. <br />2.
