• Graffiti Tracker assists in clearing additional cases which results in <br />more restitution for the City <br />• Proposed ordinance would impose new penalties, establish trust fund, <br />and also impose parental liability and liens `00, <br />• State law permits cities to impose costs of abating graffiti the obligation <br />of taggers and parents of minor taggers <br />• City may also lien property of taggers and parents to collect restitution <br />Following this presentation, Council discussion ensued.
