These <br />seminars focus on various aspects of youth development and provide <br />professional development for program personnel. We identify every <br />donation and grant check according to program placement in Quick Books and in <br />our Bank Register in the Check Book. So, if grant is specifically designated to <br />Boxing Club the deposit of this check amount is tagged to go to boxing club. For, <br />disbursement of grants funds we keep specific record of how the funds are <br />disbursed. So, for example: a check for ateacher/mentor wages would be <br />tagged as going to teacheNmentor wages. <br />We have Donor Perfect software to add new levels of management of income. <br />20 <br />
