These complaints must be filed directly with the WIA administrative <br />entity. The WIA administrative entity shall issue a written decision within 30 days <br />of the filing of the complaint. If the complaint is still unresolved, an appeal may be <br />made to the Chief of State Workforce Investment Division Office. <br />The Department of Labor, the Civil Service Commission, the Equal Employment <br />opportunity Commission, and many other offices and agencies are committed to <br />assuring equal employment opportunities for all persons.
