Description of License Property: A portion of the OCTA railroad right of way located <br />from Lincoln Avenue to Santiago Creek, in Santa Ana, CA at Milepost 173.60 shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached. <br />2. Use of License Property: Landscaping and no other uses. <br />3. Commencement Date: This Agreement is made effective as of the date on which all <br />parties have signed this Agreement; __ <br />4. Term: Month-to-Month beginning on the Commencement Date. <br />5. License Fees: <br />A. Base License Fee:Waived <br />B. Additional License Fee: One time fee: $500.00 <br />6.
