The parties entered into Agreement #N-2008- 141, dated October 15, 2008, (hereinafter "said <br />iii <br />Agreement') by which Contractor has provided dog license fee collection services. <br />B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the <br />`3 <br />L <br />term of said Agreement and increase compensation to provide for services during the <br />` <br />(� Lr� P <br />extended term. <br />Wherefore, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the <br />terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this Second Amendment to <br />v <br />Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. Section 2, COMPENSATION, shall be amended to increase compensation by <br />$100,000.00 to pay for dog license fee collection services during the period from July 1, <br />2009 through June 30, 2010. <br />2.
