Cooperative Agreements with County of Orange <br />County's Proposition 1B Allocation <br />August 17, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br />Street from Fairview to Jackson and $500,000 for improvements to Santiago <br />Avenue from Sixth to Santa Ana Boulevard (Exhibit 1). <br />The allocation for Fifth Street is a modification to the countywide <br />allocations for fiscal year 2007/08. In order for the County to dispense <br />these funds to the City, an amendment to the existing County/City <br />cooperative agreement must be executed. The allocation for Santiago <br />Avenue is a new allocation for fiscal year 2008/09 and a new County/City <br />cooperative agreement must be executed to receive these funds. These <br />allocations were included in the City's Fiscal Year 2009/10 CIP and will <br />be expended within two years from their receipt. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Revenues received from Proposition 1B will be allocated to the projects as <br />part of Capital Improvement Program in FY 09/10. <br />' -_ <br />James G.
