Healy <br />Subject: REQUIRED TRI -ANNUAL SECONDARY CONTAINMNT TESTING. <br />As per our phone conversation, Santa Ana Fire Stations 1, 4 and 5 are required to perform a secondary <br />containment lost, also known as Senate Bill 989 or SB989, every three years. The testing for this system <br />consists of: hydrostatic testing for sumps, spill bockats and dispenser containment boxes, a pressure test <br />on piping and •s vacuum best on tank interstitial spaces. The last test for these three facilities was <br />conducted in December of 2005.
