To: City Clerk's Office <br />From: Mary Aguilar, Housing Management Aide <br />Date: November 24, 2008 <br />Re: Neighborhood Stabilization Program Substantial Amendment <br />Due to time constraints, Housing is requesting that we obtain the City Manager's signatures on the <br />Neighborhood Stabilization Program Application and guidelines prior to the finalization of the <br />Substantial Amendment. Only a few minor changes are needed at this time. This document must be <br />mailed out to HUD by this week because the due date for the Substantial Amendment is December 1, <br />2008. Housing will have a completed Substantial Amendment document to the Clerk's office no later <br />than Wednesday, November 26, 2008. <br />Thank you. <br /> <br />
