DOTY BROS. <br />Construction Company <br />COST PLUS RATES <br />SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA <br />COST PLUS RATES EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2009 TO JUNE 30, 2010 <br />Apprentice Rates: Apprentice rates as listed above are the highest classification prior to journeyman full scale rates. Billing rate for Apprentice will be based on actual <br />classification. <br />Subsistence: $95.00/day <br />Travel Time: Customer will be advised if travel time is applicable <br />Overtime Rates: All hours outside regularly constituted shift shall be time and one halt. Sundays and holidays shall be paid at double time. For Operating Engineers -first <br />four (4) hours outside regular shift, and first twelve (12) hours on Saturday is time and one half; all additional hours at double time except holidays which are at triple time. <br />Emergency "call out work" - Four (4) hour minimum for labor and equipment. <br />Markup: Material, subcontractors, subsistence, and outside rentals (including fuel costs), will be billed cost plus sales tax where applicable, plus mark-up of 15% <br />Boundaries of Southern California Cost Pius Rates: consists of the eleven (11) counties of Los Angeles, Inyo, Mono, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, Imperial, <br />Ventura, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, Kem and in addition: Richardson Rock, Santa Cruz Island, Arch Rock, San Nicholas Island, Catalina Island, San Clemente <br />Island, San Miguel Island, Santa Barbara Island, Santa Rosa Island, Anacapa Island, including the Channel Islands Monument.
