Approve an appropriation adjustment recognizing American Recovery <br />and Reinvestment Act Homelessness Prevention and Rapid Re-Housing <br />funds (HPRP) in the amount of $2,831,989 awarded to the City of <br />Santa Ana. <br />2. Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to execute <br />agreements with the following HPRP sub-recipients, subject to non- <br />substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney: <br />a. Mercy House to provide Homeless Prevention in the amount of <br />$399,135 and Rapid Re-Housing in the amount of $398,910; <br />b. Interval House to provide Homeless Prevention in the amount of <br />$300,000 and Rapid Re-Housing in the amount of $300,000; <br />c. Olive Crest to provide Homeless Prevention in the amount of <br />$250,000 and Rapid Re-Housing in the amount of $218,444; <br />d. Public Law Center to provide Homeless Prevention in the amount <br />of $105,000; <br />e. AIDS Services Foundation to provide Homeless Prevention in the <br />amount of $170,000; <br />f. Volunteer Center of Orange County/Illumination Foundation to <br />provide Homeless Prevention in the amount of $115,000 and Rapid <br />Re-Housing in the amount of $200,000; <br />20C-1 <br />
