E. Subcontracts <br />1. SUBRECIPIENT shall submit all subcontract agreements to CITY for <br />review and consent prior to entering into such subcontracts. <br />2. SUBRECIPIENT shall assume responsibility for all subcontracted services <br />to assure AGREEMENT compliance. <br />3. SUBRECIPIENT shall cause this AGREEMENT, in its entirety, to be <br />included in and made a part of any subcontract executed in the performance of this <br />AGREEMENT. <br />4. SUBRECIPIENT shall monitor all subcontracted services on a quarterly <br />basis to assure AGREEMENT compliance. Results of said monitoring efforts shall be summarized <br />in written form, and supported with documented evidence of follow-up action(s) to correct any <br />area(s) of AGREEMENT non-compliance. Documentation shall be made available for periodic <br />monitoring by representatives of CITY and/or HUD. <br />F. Fair Housing <br />SUBRECIPIENT shall affirmatively further fair housing in accordance with 24 <br />CFR 5.105(a). <br />G. Insurance <br />No costs shall be incurred and no funds shall be disbursed prior to written approval <br />by CITY of insurance fulfillment. <br />1. SUBRECIPIENT, at its own expense, agrees to deposit with CITY prior to <br />the execution and provision of services under this AGREEMENT, Certificates of Insurance, <br />including all endorsements required herein, necessary to satisfy CITY that the insurance provisions <br />of this AGREEMENT have been complied with, and to keep such insurance and the certificates <br />therefore on deposit with CITY during the entire term of this AGREEMENT. In addition, all <br />contractors and subcontractors performing work on behalf of SUBRECIPIENT pursuant to this <br />AGREEMENT shall be covered under SUBRECIPIENT's insurance or shall obtain insurance <br />subject to the same terms and conditions as set forth herein for SUBRECIPIENT. <br />SUBRECIPIENT shall require that any contractor or subcontractor working for SUBRECIPIENT <br />have the insurance required by this section and not allow contractors or subcontractors to work if <br />the contractors or subcontractors have less than the level of coverage required by the CITY under <br />this AGREEMENT. SUBRECIPIENT shall provide notice of the insurance requirements to every <br />contractor or subcontractor, and to receive proof of insurance prior to allowing any contractor or <br />Page 8 of 26 <br />20C-13 <br />
