Contractor Representative shall provide weekly progress reports to <br />City Representative. <br />3. Contractor shall comply with all applicable City, State and Federal <br />laws related to waste disposal, including disposal of used oil, filters, <br />contaminated absorbents, contaminated refrigerants, fluorescent lights, <br />ballast with PCB and regular ballast, except for Asbestos, if any, <br />which shall be the sole responsibility of the City to remove or abate. <br />Contractor shall provide disposal manifests as required to be executed <br />by the City. The City shall, at all times be identified as the originator <br />of such waste on such manifests. <br />4. Contractor shall obtain and maintain all permits and licenses necessary <br />to Contractor's performance hereunder and shall pay any fees required <br />therefore and has included the costs for the same, if any, in the price to <br />be paid by the City. Contractor shall immediately notify City of any <br />suspension, termination, lapses, non-renewals or restrictions of <br />licenses, certificates or documents required to perform services <br />pursuant to this Agreement. <br />B. Cit~ponsibilities: <br />1. City shall designate a City Representative as the point of contact to <br />interact with Contractor regarding to the Scope of Work. <br />2. City shall furnish Contractor with blueprints, surveys, legal <br />descriptions of the site, and other information regarding the Facilities <br />as Contractor may reasonably request in order to complete Scope of <br />Work. These shall not become the property of Contractor and shall be <br />returned to City, unless otherwise requested by Contractor, in which <br />case Contractor shall bear the cost of all blueprints and copies <br />necessary to perform the Scope of Work in this Agreement. <br />3. City shall within ten (10) business days, respond to samples or <br />documents submitted by Contractor to the City for review and <br />approval under this Agreement. <br />4. City shall allow reasonable access to City facilities in order to <br />accomplish the Scope of Work. <br />5. City shall operate equipment according to the manufacturer's <br />recommendations. <br />6. City shall notify Contractor in writing of any City policies that may <br />affect the Scope of Work. <br />7. City shall notify Contractor of any unusual operating conditions. <br />8. City shall remove, replace or refinish building structures if required by <br />Contractor to gain access to equipment or to perform the work. <br />9. City shall properly abate or remove any asbestos that may be <br />encountered by the Contractor during the course of the Contractor <br />performing the work. <br />25D-7 <br />
