The bid received by Stanley Access <br />Technologies is the lowest bid, is responsive to the specifications and <br />meets the City's requirements. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), a <br />certification of Categorical Exclusion and Statutory Worksheet has been <br />prepared. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />The Funding Analysis shows a total estimated cost of $45,000.
