The term may be <br />extended for up to five additional one-year periods in an amount not to <br />exceed $45,000 annually. <br />DISCUSSION <br />The City has utilized the services of Valley Oak Systems (VOS) since <br />March 16, 1999 for the processing of workers' compensation and liability <br />claims. <br />The first amendment to the Valley Oak Systems Software License, Service, <br />and Maintenance Agreement reaffirms the amount of the annual maintenance <br />fees. The amendment also includes the provision of a new module designed <br />to assist the City in complying with Medicare and Medicaid reporting <br />requirements. <br />25Q-1 <br />
