Edinger <br />$72,000. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Council to execute the <br />non - substantive changes <br />with Tung Nguyen, Vu Do <br />for the purchase of the <br />Avenue in the amount of <br />Edinger Avenue is classified as an east -west major arterial street per the <br />City's General Plan Circulation Element and the County of Orange's Master <br />Plan of Arterial Highways (MPAH). Between Mohawk Drive and Fairview <br />Street, Edinger consists of four - lanes. To meet MPAH requirements for a <br />six -lane major arterial and to match the width of adjacent roadway <br />segments, widening is required at 3025 and 3109 W. Edinger Avenue (Exhibit <br />1). Improvements include the construction of new curb, gutter, and <br />sidewalk, as well as new pavement. <br />To accommodate the widening, partial acquisitions of the subject <br />properties are required. The purchase amounts are the appraised values <br />prepared by an appraiser licensed in the State of California. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the <br />proposed project has been reviewed and determined to be exempt from any <br />further environmental review. <br />25C -1 <br />
