The Plan <br />payments will not exceed $123,000, including a <br />to assist them to find <br />estimates that relocation <br />10 percent contingency. <br />In accordance with California law, all affected households received an <br />Informational 90-Day Vacate Notice on June 26 that provided them with a <br />general written description of the Agency's relocation program and <br />information about their rights. On July 7 they were provided copies of <br />the draft plan and given 30 days to comment. No comments were received. <br />Finally, the law requires that the legislative body adopt a resolution <br />approving the relocation plan, and the attached resolution (Exhibit 2) <br />was prepared by the City Attorney's Office for that purpose. Following <br />approval of the resolution, the affected households will be given 60 <br />days to complete their relocation. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, the <br />proposed project is exempt from further review. Categorical Exemption <br />No. ER 2009-133 will be filed for this project. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the Tax Increment Housing Set-Aside Account (no. <br />507-936-6951) in the amount of $123,000. <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />Cynt is J.
