II. SUMMARY OF RESOURCES AND DISTRIBUTION OF FUNDS <br />HUD requires that the <br />City identify the federal <br />funds that were made <br />available during the <br />report period that were <br />used to further the <br />objectives of the City's <br />Consolidated Plan. The <br />City must also outline <br />how these funds were <br />committed and <br />expended (see Table 4). <br />TABLE 4— USE OF HUD FUNDS <br />1. May include program income. <br />Additionally, the City must identify the geographic distribution of federal funds committed and <br />expended during the report period. <br />• CDBG program funds were expended based on program criteria. For example, public <br />services were available on a citywide basis for qualified beneficiaries; fair housing and <br />program administration activities were also carried out on a citywide basis.
