Agreements and Appropriation Adjustment <br />for LSTA Grant <br />September 8, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br />computing and literacy skills utilizing equipment and software <br />purchased with grant funds. <br />Funds will be used to purchase ESL learning units, bilingual early <br />literacy units, LEAPFROG TAG reading systems, Manga software and flip <br />camcorders for Teen Tech events, and to support parenting workshops <br />and high school workshops introducing career and educational online <br />resources.
