FY 2008 IECGP Grant <br />September 8, 2009 <br />Page 2 <br />Santa Ana Ordinance No. NS -2312 authorizes the City to purchase against <br />contracts from any public agency utilizing a competitive bid process. The <br />U.S. Communities Technology Services & Solutions Contract establishes Multi <br />Interagency Cooperative Purchasing Agreements for Commodities, IT Goods & <br />Services and Telecommunication Goods and Services. US Communities <br />agreements are available to all governmental entities that expends public <br />funds for the acquisition of both goods & services. GTSI is a provider of <br />technology products, services, and solutions under the US Communities <br />Contract. <br />It is anticipated that the current scope of services developed by the <br />consultant will differ or expand as the consultant coordinates planning <br />meetings that seek stakeholder input from the jurisdictions in the Southern <br />Planning Area. The final determination of these consulting services may be <br />adjusted in writing, and executed by the City Manager, Chief of Police and <br />by GTSI Corporation. <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds are available in the FY2008 IECGP Grant fund account 125 - 340 -6291. <br />Paul M.
